*Chapter 8: Phillip preaches in Samaria about Christ. Many people with evil spirits in them were healed as well as those weak and crippled./ An angel tells philip to go south down to Gaza from Jerusalem./ Philip meets an Ethiopian officer and explains scripture from the book of Isaiah to the man.

*Chapter 9 Paul (also known as Saul) persecutes believers in Jerusalem and was headed for Damasus when the Lord asked "Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?"/ Now blind, Paul is lead to Damasus and meets "Ananias" who God uses to convert Paul and lay hands on him so that he may see again./ Paul's conversion and preaching causes the Jewish leaders to want to kill him./ Meanwhile a lady named "Dorcas" returns to life as Peter prays over her in the city of Joppa.

*Chapter 10: In Caesarea a Roman soldier named "Cornelius" prays and sees a vision./ Peter and Cornelius meet and the spirit of God is now given to the Gentiles.

*Chapter 11: Peter returns to Jesusalem recounts what happened in Joppa./ The good news about the Lord Jesus comes to Antioch. For a whole year Saul and Barnabas met with the church and taught many people there.

*Chapter 12: Herod Agrippa hurts the church and ordered James, the brother of John to be killed by the sword./ Peter arrested and scheduled for trial after the passover feast. / An angel rescues Peter from jail and Herod Agrippa dies from infestation of worms.

*Chapter 13: Paul and Barnabas begins lst missionary tour and sails to Cyprus./ Paul confronts a Jewish sorcerer named "Elymas" and causes him to become blind./ Paul recaps the history of Israel in a speech given in Antioch (CH 13:17-47)./ In Lystra, Jews incite riots leaving Paul for death. But instead Paul gets up and goes back into city and preaches about persecution and tribulations.

*Chapter 14: Paul and Barnabas are in Iconium and then go to Lystra. They give the message about God's grace and perform miracles and signs as well. / Paul was attacked by some evil people from Antioch and Iconum and was dragged out of town/ The next day they go to Derbe ./ Paul and Barnabas return to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch making followers of Jesus stronger and helping them stay in the faith.
