Is the King James Version still the most divine of English language bibles?
I've read convincing articles written that state that modern English translations of the bible are not as divine as the King James Version and can lead Christ's followers to confusion due to all the latest 'versions' of English bibles being marketed.
I don't think the KJV ever was the best translation. The Douay Rheims version was the first English translation from the Latin Vulgate and was used by the KJV authors as a reference.
