Can Someone Explain the Love Of The God of the Christian Bible?
I hear Christians all The time Say God's Love is Unconditional. Is that In the Bible? I know that The bible says that God is love, but where does it say that God's Love is Unconditional? and if its unconditional, How does Hell enter into the equation?
God's love is unconditional, in that Jesus paid the price for your sin -- whatever it may be -- so that you could be redeemed and forgiven of your sin.
Have you ever known someone who loved a person unconditionally? Sometimes that doesn't always work out so well. I've seen cases of husbands cheating on their wives, but the wives continue to love their husbands, continue to accept the husband's infidelity.
With God, he loves us unconditionally, but if we "cheat" on him and go another way, we can choose to reject his love and end up in Hell. His unconditional love doesn't mean that he rewards our rejection of him; it means that he'll always accept us back.
