christians what kind of music do you enjoy listing to besides worship cds?
I enjoy the 80s, I like cold chisel, the police, Jimmy Barnes, Mariah Carey, as they bring back memories. I do not like music with lustfull stuff in it as I do not listen to that rubbish. But some rock I enjoy listening too. I am a chrisitan who does not just listen to worship music, I am not a christian that is boring, I am not a christian who bible bashes, I am a christian who has been through very hard times(who hasn't) I am a christian that sins like everyone else but repents, I am a christian who does not force religion in peoples faces as I believe after I tell them about Jesus a few times they have a choice and I leave it at that and pray for them, I am not a christian with a holier than you attitude like a lot of them, so christians and non how do you enjoy life? I enjoy life by praying(when I am motivated as it is getting more difficult) I enjoy sports, music, shopping with my daughter buying clothes, etc. what do you do to enjoy life guys
I've been a rock fan since I was very young, so I listen to a lot of classic rock and metal. I don't really like music with gratuitous profanity, but a word here and there is okay.
I especially like bands like Pink Floyd, Nightwish, Within Temptation, Leaves Eyes, Lacuna Coil, and After Forever. Every now and then I get a craving for Kate Bush, I LOVE her voice. And I listen to a lot of opera (Maria Callas, Joan Sutherland, Anna Netrebko...) and classical (Vivaldi is my favorite).
In my spare time, I like to read, play Sims 2, hang out with friends, travel (I'm in Europe now, and I LOVE it here), take pictures, go on wine tastings, watch movies, and hang out with my husband. Shopping is good too, it always puts me in a good mood. And I love water, so anything to do with water, I'm there! I love to swim, though I haven't been for a long time. And of course I'm on here a lot (when I'm not playing the Sims 2).
