Bible Nlt Life Application
Is there a significant difference between NLT life application 1st and 2nd editions?
I'm looking for a bible, found one I really like the cover of, but it's not the revised edition. Is the revised edition actually that much better?
Well, NLT (the Biblical text itself) is in two different editions, and they are quite different, but I'm not sure if this is what you are talking about.
The "Second Edition" NLT has improved many readings, mostly by either making them better reflect the original language of the passage, or, making the English "flow better."
In this case I would have to say that, though I generally prefer the SE readings myself, the differences between the two translations probably would not make that much difference to the average reader.
