Bible Wall Maps
Has anyone written or drawn a map of Heaven?
Dante's Inferno provides a verbal map of Hell, dividing it into Circles, explaining what happens in each circle, and describing who is sentenced to spend Eternity in each section.
Has anyone ever done the same for Heaven? I have tried searching bible concordances and general prattle on the Internet, but I haven't yet found much except the city has thick walls made of jasper and is paved with transparent gold (whatever that is), it is lighted without the use of lanterns, and Release 2 will have three gates on each side.
Has anyone produced any more detailed map?
Paradiso is the part of the Divine Comedy you are looking for... Purgatorio is the third part and describes Purgatory/Abraham's Bossom...
But, man cannot concieve even a portion of the glory of Heaven. The 'best' description we have is in the book of Revelation, but even John says it was far greater than he could describe.
