Well I can tell you one thing for sure: I was raised Catholic in Germany and there the end is prayed too... in Mass and in the Ecumenical Services.
With one difference between Catholic and Protestant: We had a text filled in between the main part and doxology. This text was only spoken by the priest.
By the way: This end is not biblical, but it was officially introduced in the second century.
Some hand copies of the Bible then had this end in the Lord's prayer. Luther then translated from the Latin text which had it included. That is the reason for it being in the regular prayer in the Protestant churches in Germany.
In the Latin books for the mass (Missale) as well as in the German version you will find this ending.
