Catholic Latin Hymns
What kind of churches sing Latin hymnals?
I recently fell in love with the Latin hymn "Dies Irae". Although I am not a Christian, I want to join a church choir that sings songs like Dies Irae and other Gregorian chants. I was wondering, what kind of churches sing such songs? I'm thinking probably Orthodox Catholic ones but I wanted to ask people who really know about this.
Many of my friends' churches sing the typical "I love Jesus he is my saviour" kind of songs that are aimed towards a more modern audience and I have no interest in such music.
Yes, I believe that Orthodox Catholicism is the way to go for those kind of songs. Definitely look into it.
