Century Bible
Why do christians believe in the resurection when it was not in the bible? It was added in 13th century?
In the oldest bible (10th century), in the British Museum there is no resurection. The gospel finishes, "they opened the tomb and it was empty". nothing was even implied, jesus's body had been taken.
The resurrection was added in about the 13th century by the very corrupt catholic church to lure more people. The book of Thomas was also deleted, along with another which I can't remember off the top of my head.
Churches seem to have the power to make people believe any lie they want. From jihad to easter
Yeah, it scares me how people put all their beliefs up in the air like that. The Bible has beautiful stories, but should not be taken literally. And those "eye witness accounts" were around nine centuries before the first form of printing. Have you ever played Telephone? Sorry, I don't mean to offend.
