Christians: do you need your bible to determine right from wrong; why do you lack faith in your own judgment?
Not only that, but because the bible has some very barbaric morals in it, in both the Old Testament and New, you have to use your own judgment to determine which bible morals apply. Wouldn’t it be far simpler and way more logical to just do away with the bible and have faith in your own judgment rather than being restricted by an old book of barbaric fairytales?
Okay I making making confirmation in 3 days but I don't want to because I'm really an Atheist and my parents don't approve. The answer to this is YES they do!!!! They can't think for themselves so they turn to a thousand year old book to tell them right from wrong. I personally do good things because I want to, not because a book or God tells me too. I'm only 13 and I've done 3 charities and do things to help people all the time. And I know this question isn't for you to really get an answer just trying to get a debate going lol.
