Can one find a plain KJV Bible?
Specifically large/giant print, no cross references to other verses, no maps! Modern dictionary of words would be nice, along with the "extra" books that didn't make it into the Bible, such as the Gospel of Thomas. Gold gilding as well.
Is this too much to ask for?
For some reason, I sense an untapped market here!
Wow.
The simple answer: you will not find everything that you want.
The more detailed answer:
1) It would be very unusual to find a King James Version (KJV) with a dictionary defining archaic words but not including the other features you do not want to see. Indeed, KJVs including such dictionaries are very rare; probably only the gigantic "complete" study Bibles include such a dictionary.
2) The gospel of Thomas was never included in the KJV, so of course you will not find a KJV with the gospel of Thomas any more than you will find a copy of "The Lord of the Rings" that includes "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone". However: it *is* true that the KJV has been severely abridged by the publishers in most modern editions. The very expensive Greydon 1611 facsimile will have "giant print" but uses the archaic Germanic typeface that is difficult to read.

The NCPB has very large print (12.5 pt; giant usually runs 14pt or higher) and is an excellent choice *if* you can find a new edition reasonably priced (should run no more than $60, but you'll have to scour the internet)

The GreatSite and Oxford Lectern Bibles will have very large to giant print and will set you back a month's salary as well as causing permanent spinal injury when you try to lift one:
