Lucado Bible
Bible Studies, Small groups, etc.?
I am trying to start a new bible study group in my community. I already participate in one where we are using the book "Facing Your Giants" by Max Lucado. Do any of you have any good ideas for a small group study? If so please give me all of your ideas. Thanks in advance and God Bless!

My choice for the particular book would depend on the group and its purposes and objectives. Luke-Acts (with the recognition that these form a 2 part history of Jesus and the early church), John, or the "Pastoral Epistles" usually top my list.
Luke-Acts will help you understand how the church began and what it did.
John has as its central theme the divinity of Jesus and helps us gain a stronger understanding of his purpose and message.
The Pastorals (letters to Timothy and Titus) are about "faith in action." They focus on the practical daily application of the Gospel in the life of a Christian.
