Does the bible say anything about self pleasure? You know Master.....?

I have not seen anything about it. Only lust, but I am not sure if there is anything specific.

Yes, it is called fornication. You can fornicate with yourself, which is sin against yourself. Corinthians teaches that it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
1 Corinthians 7:9
But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

I Thessalonians 4:3-5:
"For God wants you to be holy and pure and to keep clear of all sexual sin so that each of you will marry in holiness and honor--not in lustful passion as the heathen do, in their ignorance of God and his ways."

Matt 5:28
I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

Impure thoughts can lead to impure acts such as mast***ation. Having lustful thoughts is a sin.

Philippians 4:8 says that we are supposed to think about good, truthful things. Lust is not good and imagining sex in your mind is not a truth.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are PURE, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
