Any one else having problems w/RCA Players?
I just got a OPAL 8GB MP3 player on black Friday I got it home and tried to put a book of the bible on it. I got it on OK but i tried to listen to it and all the chapters were in the wrong order. First i made sure that the shuffle was off and it was. So I took the book off and put it back on this time using the app. that RCA sent w/the Player. It did it again. So i took it off again and changed the name of some of them to 1 2 3 4 to see if it was because the software could only search only a set number of characters back. But no that didn't help ether. So them i tried to contact RCA but i get this message about their server being down. can anyone help me? (oh ya also the player had a spot for book tapes but you can't get to it by using the app or by going in and looking at the folder.
I brought an Opal last year and it gave me nothing but trouble. The only thing I can think of is to see if you can try upload chapter by chapter on it. But my best advice is next time get different mp3 RCA makes good products but mp3 players aren't one of them.
I did some digging on RCA website and I found a contact number but they want you to go through the FAQs first.
