Mom Bible Study
Should I talk to my mom about her church addiction?
My mom has always attended church every Sunday, and this has never been a problem for my father and me. Sometimes she goes to Bible study once a week, and this hasn't bothered us either.
In recent months, however, she has become very active in the church, putting it ahead of her home life. For example, sometimes she will be gone for three nights out of the week because of church, and then she'll complain that she has time to do nothing else.
I feel bad sometimes because I want her to be happy, but then I wonder at what cost. She says that she wants to spend more time with my father and me, but I believe that actions speak louder than words.
Any suggestions?
I'm a good christian myself and it's good that your mom is trying to get closer to God but she shouldn't be neglecting you.

What that means is whatever you do to others you do to Jesus so if your mom is neglecting you she's neglecting Jesus also.
It would be good to stay at church and pray but its nothing compared to spending quality time with your family.
