Should I read the NIV or NIrV Bible?
I am an atheist looking to read a simple and accurate Bible. I have narrowed it down to NIV and NIrV. I was wondering what your guys' opinions are on these versions. I want the version to accurate so that I can talk with people about the Bible who may have read a different version, but I also want a simple read.
both of those versions have basically the same story just written with different vocabulary same basic message in English. I'd go with NIV, as the majority of people tend to have this version
