Which is better, hardcover or bonded leather?
I'm looking at this Bible:

I'm really rough with my Bibles and I REALLY want this one to last. So which one will likely hold better? I'll be putting it in a case. Is the bonded leather better, or the hardcover? If the bonded leather is better, is it so much better that it is worth the extra money. Again, it will be in a cover. Please help me here, I want this to last!!! Thanks and God bless!!
I'd say go with the hard cover. I have a few very old books with leather covers, and alas, after a certain number of years, the leather just starts to disintegrate.
