Can Catholics use a NIV bible?
I am went to get a teen study bible but i cant find one for Catholics. So i was going to see if it would be bad if i got a NIV one.
Well, you can probably get by with it, but the NIV is translated with a very specific, non-Catholic dogma that gets to be anti-Catholic from time to time.
There are Catholic study Bibles for teens that you can purchase on-line, btw. This one is terrific!
